
How the server goes crazy from overheating
Today I happened to observe a truly rare phenomenon. In the morning, the cooler stopped at the leased server. I noticed something was not right because the server monstrously slowed down the issuance of web pages and tore up RDP connections.
I connected on KVM and I see: the remote equipment monitoring system tells me Critical Attention!

But! The server continued to work ... He very much tried to do everything correctly, but he did not succeed. This was especially evident in the output of JPEG files. I really didn’t think that I could personally see the “byte curvature” :)

I assume that the server itself remained operational only due to the good cooling of the data center in which it stands :-)
