Some time ago, there was an interesting blogging platform npj.ru (now in read-only mode). Very sorry. Still, the combination of blogs and wikis made it possible to accumulate information and manage projects, and not just discuss current news. Yes, and writing nviki blog posts with markup is nicer than in HTML. Nobody wants to revive an idea?
