UPD. In principle, you can set some conditions. Not a maximum, not a minimum, but simply some indestructible conditions:
1. The author must have an understanding of HOW his idea will bring money.
2. The author works in a sweat, like us. He is the main engine. A model where you just need to “hire 5 people” is not suitable.
3. No MLM, social networks "like classmates, only others", sites for the resale of goods. An ideal project is a new technology, an algorithm implemented in online and offline versions.
4. No illegal schemes. Everything is white, all calculations are with taxes, all income is spent on accounting.
