What SIP devices exist and how to connect them

We began to lay out a selection of self-written mini manuals on various consumer SIP pieces of iron. Of course, for people “in the subject” America we will not open, but for simple mortals such quick start will be useful, especially since the manual for one dLink model, for example, will fit the remaining 90 models. We connected devices to our SIP server. Any other SIP servers are connected by analogy.
