Your new skill. Distance training

Books - study - I do not want.
There are a large number of seminars on the Internet that are done "for everyone", i.e. the target audience is washed out as much as possible to ensure sales, from which quality suffers. There is little interesting content for courses, and it costs a lot of money. Although many of us have quite extensive knowledge, which we would love to share, as evidenced by the activity in the technical forums. At the same time, most of those who would like to teach others do not have the opportunity to do it personally, but would have done it remotely (the same forums are an indicator).
The “ Your New Skill ” project is designed to provide a distance learning environment for lay teachers.

This is not a new social network. It is rather an open learning environment. Everyone can become a teacher and begin to transfer knowledge to others. At the same time, the main job of the teacher is not to “struggle with the distance learning system,” you do not need to study it, the project administrator decides technical questions, but really help students to learn, write a course, then remotely answer questions and help if there is a gag. All accounting issues are resolved at the project level, teachers just get their royalty.

For students, basic training is free, i.e. you can read the training materials, but if you really want to learn so that the teacher points out mistakes, then a low-cost subscription system is supposed, with royalties to the teacher (there is no incentive to teach absolutely free). Based on the fact that teachers are little-known people, buying a course from Vasya Pupkin, if you do not see what it is, is risky. This is one of the differences from most distance learning courses. If you just want to read, then for free, if you want to learn, then for a small fee.
The system itself does not represent any know-how. Know-how is the subject of training. No one knows if a particular training will be popular. This project will allow you to test the training, get feedback and, for example, further expand the training to a book (training can be written much faster than writing a book) or create a more detailed face-to-face course. It will also allow you to find new authors who want to get fame thanks to the project (and even get a fee).
And I think that the project will be interesting to program developers who are just entering the market. They love to study with us for free, and if a person knows how to work with a specific product, this will be an additional incentive to purchase. A kind of low-budget advertising.
    What is there now?
The engine for training is installed. The first trainings are added. So far there are only three of them:

The system is ready for running-in, the authors of the trainings are invited, well, the students, of course, too :)
