Mail.ru asks to roll back to the 9th flash-player

At the moment, the mini-game site@mail.ru swears at a 10 flash player as follows:

The flash player installed on your computer contains critical errors. To play, please install a stable flash player as described in the instructions below.

• Download the Flash Player uninstaller here .
  Save the uninstaller to a folder on your PC.
• Close the browser and run the uninstaller

• Download Flash Player here .
• Run the downloaded file (the program will ask you to close all browser windows).
• Congratulations, Flash Player is installed, you can play mini-games@mail.ru

ps This is the first case in my memory when asked to roll back to an earlier version of flash.
