About organization and disorganization

As our boss said in the recent past, the ideal company is a company where all employees are different, their characters and their opinions. In general, we cannot disagree with this, having such a team, at the junction of emotions, opinions and disagreements, we get the result that any leader actually aspires to. The result is always needed, but which one? Ideally, this is the product or the endpoint of a specific task. All this can be compared with a simpler example, which will very brightly illuminate the whole idea. I want to compare this with the operation of the operating system.

    Why exactly the OS?

    1. The OS controls various equipment, which in essence can conflict as well as people.
    2. The OS has everything that can be found in the life of a team: misunderstanding, disagreement, error, fatal error, consent and friendship.

Since we want an ideal team, we will take an ideal OS as an example. The question is, what is an ideal OS?

The main criteria for an ideal OS:

    1. Understanding between all components of the system.
    2. 100% operation of each component without prejudice to other parts of the system.
    3. Stability.
    4. Functionality and performance.
    5. Convenience.

Now, let us project the above into the collective:

    1. Mutual understanding between all employees is achieved by a set of rules for their interaction, omitting bureaucracy and other time consuming, let’s say this: Employee A and B must know how to make the work between each other as productive and nervous as possible. This is achieved by agreed standards, formats and templates. Employee A should not create a problem for employee B, attaching a solution to it, he simply should not create it.

    2. Again, I repeat the thought, Employee A and Employee B working with each other should avoid any problem situations. Words I DO NOT WANT, WILL NOT BE, I DO NOT DO IT SO should not be.

    3. It is necessary to monitor the state of the team so that it is stable as well as last Monday.

    4. If employees A and B do something, then the output should be the result, if they can do a lot and try to do a lot, then the output should be a lot.

    5. The team should have an ideal atmosphere in which temperature changes will stabilize and smooth out.

The essence of everything I have written leads to the fact that if you want to work in a team quickly and manage it quickly, think about how many problems you have, where is the source, how to fix it and what to expect in the future.
