"Curfew for children" in the Krasnodar Territory

Perhaps this topic is not directly related to the theme of the Habr, but I'm sorry, I could not restrain myself!

The authorities of our wonderful SOUTHERN Territory, with a large number of RESORT cities, due to the UNABLEABLY HOT climate, living mostly NIGHTY lives, recently made another populist decision: to prohibit people under 18 years old from traveling around the streets without parents after 22 p.m.

Everything would be fine, at first glance everything is just wonderful, such an innovative law, of course, will help to reduce the level of child crime, homelessness, and so on like that, sheer nonsense.

But what do we really have?

At first, under the definition of people under the age of 18 years, an EXTENSIVE category of citizens who are STUDENTS of the first and sometimes second courses in higher education institutions falls.

Secondly , during school hours, many high school students are forced to go to tutors, and high school students often go to various kinds of circles and sections, and due to the "wonderful" work of the transport network of our city, especially in winter, sometimes physically CANNOT get home before these notorious 22:00 pm!

Thirdlyas for resort towns - in general a separate song. A HUGE number of children on the embankment per hour, two, three nights, there never surprised anyone, and police officers working for a “check” in terms of half the number of “caught” children will be grabbing the first ones. And then their parents will be headlong searching for children in police stations located not at all in the city center. (I judge by the example of Gelendzhik, and the words about the “tick” were taken not from the ceiling, but from the words of former employees of the department for adult affairs)

Fourth, the measures aimed, according to Galina Zolena, to combat homelessness, will not lead to its reduction just because in the "back streets" and the dark "back yards", and most importantly, the "porches", police officers will definitely not go in search of adolescents. And all those drug addicts, juvenile drinkers, and juvenile delinquents, as they were there, they will be there.

But I bet I am absolutely honest and law-abiding young man who will be eighteen in only half a year, will probably be detained if I go already at 10:01 p.m. right next to my high-rise building with incomprehensible goals, a car with four police officers armed with AUTOMATIC MACHINES was on duty for days on end.

And what do we have in the bottom line?

In the agricultural region, the increase in food prices produced here is higher than in Moscow or St. Petersburg, there are perpetual traffic jams on the roads, garbage is often not taken out, housing and communal services do not work, there is no struggle with apartment swindlers, people park in broad daylight they’re killing, and our wonderful government can’t invent any more foolish law to pass!

Well, the main issue for discussion: a passport, issued at age 14, taken to the army from September, even if 18 years old, NO, and the right to be on the street only from 18 years old, why so, why a person does not get all his rights at once with getting a passport?
