There is a rather interesting problem with the license:
There is a product which includes the xAjax library, which is distributed under LGPL, and the product itself under Creative Commons. How legitimate is this?
And there is also a modification of this product, which is distributed under a commercial license with the same library.
The situation is difficult, but I think not hopeless. What do you think, is it worth looking for an alternative or trying to buy this library? Although there is no purchase information on their website.
