Linux video editors
One of the reasons many people refuse to switch from a proprietary OS is (in their opinion) the lack of good creative programs on Linux. And if Photoshop can be replaced with Gimp, and Wavelab can be replaced with Audacity, then Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas cannot be replaced.
I decided to dispel the myth a bit. Indeed, there is no full-fledged replacement for these powerful editors yet. But people who want, say, to mount their vacation or other amateur video, can come in handy Kdenlive (in the screenshot above) OpenSource video editor It supports many formats: mpeg, avi, dv, vob, wav, ogg, mp3, gif (static), jpg , png, svg, etc. Export: mpeg, dv, vob, realvideo, flash, theora, wav, mp3, xvid, quicktime, etc.
