Are you enlightened about switching to Google Apps?

I want to transfer mail from the hosting interface to Google for your convenience.
The problem is that I host RBC and I got the domain as a gift for hosting, that is, it is registered with them and on them.

What should I do to change MX records? Contact support? Or is it even impossible?
