Spherical RP in vacuum
Man is an amazing creature. He loves to dream, imagine and build various theories. I am not an exception, so today we will talk about a spherical project manager in a vacuum (by analogy with a spherical horse (cow) in a vacuum).
So, we have a very simple goal: to try to describe an imaginary ideal project manager who would have all the necessary properties of RP in full (ideal) measure.
So, let's go one after another:
* spherical RP always signs all project documents with the sponsor, customer and other interested parties
* spherical RP absolutely accurately describes the content of the project work
* spherical RP absolutely accurately estimates the labor costs, cost and duration of all project work
* spherical RP achieves the completion of all work on time (both within the planned budget and with the agreed quality)
* upon completion of the project, the spherical RP always fully describes the lessons learned
