Recently I thought about how interviews are held in large corporations. And I managed to find some interesting things about how the interview in Redmond at Microsoft takes place.
Here is a link to the blog of one of the Russian-speaking employees in Redmond. It tells about his experience with Microsoft at the device, as well as links to a post about an interview in Yandex.
And here, in fact, the interview questions themselves (as their interview is called :)).
These questions really pleased me. There are practically no questions about coding per se. Most questions are about global thinking and the ability to think creatively.
