Some thoughts of a new person on a hub

I’ve recently been on the site. I got here on the tip of a "progressive" and experienced haberman who advised me of a "professional and adequate IT community."
I want to note right away that after scrolling through many posts I began to understand - the site was thought out very constructively, and despite some difficulty in understanding in the beginning, there is a trace of iron structural logic.
The people are smart, professional, armed with karma and strength and fighting for good (and especially evil).
But sometimes, for a completely seemingly innocent post or comment, an avalanche of minuses arises. Explain to a beginner what is it?
Site policy or “as usual”, dark others?
If, by a stupid accident, my (other) post or comment does not correspond to the mood of the minuscule person, he falls into the pit of minus debt, and there is no opportunity to justify himself, and the chance to become embittered and cease to be useful to the community is very, very great.
The opinion of those who really balanced on the verge of negative debt, as well as comrades of the lungs for reprisal, will be interesting.
Ready to listen to any opinion.
