Recently, the idea of a new project was born and I'm trying to calculate the costs. The most expensive, probably, is the payment of a short voice cellular number (type 1234). But no specific information on this topic could be found, Beeline / MTS / Megafon is also silent on a request for such a service.
The number is needed local, within the same city; although further expansion is possible.
Who came across, worked with similar, please tell? How, what, where, how much?
PS The number does not imply receiving money from callers, i.e. for callers should be free. It is needed for prompt communication by them of some data.
