And although there are already several loan projects in the framework of my online publishing house, the topic of mortgages turned out to be so broad that I decided to separate it into a separate project .
The project contains more than 1000 mortgage programs in Moscow and St. Petersburg .
Project objectives:
- give comprehensive information about the mortgage market;
- to become a unifying link between consumers of mortgage programs and mortgage brokers / banks.
Since obtaining a mortgage loan is not an easy process, comics about the mortgage are drawn for clarity .

The site has implemented a service for selecting and comparing mortgage programs.
For the first time on a loan project, I run a service model for consumer-supplier interaction. Brief algorithm:
1) the visitor sends an application for a mortgage loan;
2) the application falls to the mortgage brokers participating in the project;
3) then the visitor chooses the most convenient offer.
After a break-in on this resource, the model will be transferred to all my loan projects.
