ComScore Introduces New Internet Research Metric

    The research company ComScore has implemented a new metric called ComScore Segment Metrix H / M / L.

    This is another way to determine the properties of the audience, which divides the visitors of Internet sites into three groups: Heavy, Medium and Light. According to the names, it is quite clear that the first group is avid Internet users who do not crawl out of the network, the second is neither this or that, and the third is people who are on the Internet from time to time.

    At the same time, users of the Heavy group will make up about 20% of the entire Internet audience, Medium - 30%, and Light - 50%. The new metric will allow advertisers to more accurately access certain segments of the network population and determine their behavior.
