Convenient preview

It is not known what the relationship between long and short news looks like on a hub This idea is aimed at improving comfort when working with long news. Everyone who has ever created such ones has encountered a preview problem, which is generated for some reason not after the text field with the news code but before it, shifting it to the very bottom.

The main idea is to split into different areas of preview and editing without creating popups and other abominations. In preview mode, the tabs are duplicated from the bottom.
