Slave terms of the contract?

    At one Company, employees were asked to sign an agreement. In case of non-compliance, the following measures will be applied:

    “The consequences will be as follows:

    1. Within 2 years, the Company will inform new employers of these employees about the fact of violation of this agreement.
    2. Within 5 years from the date of dismissal, these employees will be on the list of unscrupulous employees, which will be kept on the internal corporate portal of the Company.
    3. For 5 years from the date of dismissal, the Company will not cooperate with these employees in common projects with our customers and partners. ”

    Are such measures a violation of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation? Or in the case of signing the agreement has a higher priority than the Labor Code of the Russian Federation?
