The Internet makes no distinction between personal and official

Most of the readers present here work for any companies. Someone may be conducting corporate blogs (as a proxy or leader), while someone is the “press officer” of their company. My question is, do you separate the work in your company from your personal life? What I mean. At work, you are an official, but when you come home, you keep your personal diary on one of the popular services, communicate on forums not always on professional topics, post photos with your wife or friends, and the Internet is a field in which there are no borders. Apparently, it is necessary to separate personal position and official, personal life and life as an employee of the company. This can be done by creating a separate nickname, profile for all the necessary blogs and forums for working needs. And you can not do this.
