Internet users choose online and buy offline
Most Internet users choose products online, but prefer to buy in offline stores. These are the results of a study conducted by Accenture .
67% of respondents said that they purchase goods at “real” points of sale, while 69% conduct preliminary online intelligence, figuring out everything about their future purchase. 68% are engaged in price comparisons, and 58% - find out exactly where you can buy the goods.
Only 13% of respondents are sure that the Internet does not help shopping in any way.
