when you become an insider (lyrical thoughts)

when I worked in the FIU I had a blog. I sometimes wrote there about work, but I didn’t reveal any special secrets, I wrote exclusively about my colleagues. if I were in the leadership, then perhaps I would write about the decisions of the FIU, and about the reform, and about the attitude to it, and about how-you-can-steal the base ...
steal the base, in general, was not difficult. but the fact is that there are different bases in the FIU; the one I’ve been working with for almost two years doesn’t really need anyone - who is interested in 20,000 retirees? all the more without a program, this database is normal and you won’t look at it; it’s boring to sort and compare entries in more than 40 files.
I kept a blog, wrote about colleagues and about their stupidity even when I began to lead them. I didn’t want to lead, I didn’t want to be the boss, but I was promoted and I had to bear this cross. becoming a leader, I got some knowledge that allowed me ... well, let's not talk about what was not. in general, you can deceive the program and get a substantial increase in salary, and no one will notice if everything is done correctly. of course I check there, but when the amounts reach 96 million rubles, then your 10-15 thousand will easily dissolve in the total mass. but remember, this is a felony! I warned you.
then I went to school and started another blog. the whole problem was what to write about - children and teachers? about children, but quickly bored. you can talk about teachers, but I never met them - I talked to a maximum of ten. write about what is going on in the administration and what intrigues are lagging, where does the money go and about any other? Well, one, two times you can ... and then? in general, the blog closed, left school.
now I have a different job and I am still blogging (thematic and all that). the work just contributes to the generation of content (in many ways very exclusive!), which fits in all respects with the theme of the site, fits perfectly. every day I learn something new and interesting - there is something to write about, enough for a book. but the question arises - is it worth it? is it worth it to take the dirty linen out of the hut, or whatever? ..
what I’m leading to is that it would be nice for some organizations and companies in our country to be closer to the people, to keep blogs - the law came out, they discussed it on the blog, poured mud, constructively scolded, looking, and reviewed it. or whatever ... feedback, as they say. (I immediately foresee caustic comments about old grandchildren at the computer of their grandchildren who write comments like “Zurab drink Yadu.” Yes, we have a low level of computerization - a child of 7-8 knows and knows more than an aunt accountant with 20 years of experience ... not about that now.)
in fact, I wanted to write a note about something else (but what happened, it happened) - about whether employees can tell (personal) in their blogs about his company, organization, etc., then eats to take out dirty linen and show it these things? That's what I wanted to write about.
