I recently moved to a new apartment. On my stairwell - between floors, where there is a window - there were many butts on the floor. People from neighboring apartments and offices go here to smoke and throw bull-calves just under their feet.
Yesterday I put an empty coffee can on the windowsill. Today in the bank there were several cigarette butts and a cellophane wrapper from a pack.
Can you name what turned out to be a social service ? How would it be monetized now?
