Straight line with TM. v4.0
Hi Habr! Today is the last Friday of November, which means that it's time for a salary to chat in comments in the “Question-Answer” format :) The fourth straight line is to write, do not hesitate, we will try to respond promptly.
But for a start - traditionally a small changer. This month we didn’t have so many releases - more than all sorts of cosmetic changes.
Habr
- Disable ads for all registered users. But if you want, you can turn it on in your account settings (section “Miscellaneous”). Advertising is shown only to guests.
- Removed the automatic highlighting of the code in the source tag, as there were a lot of problems with it. Now code highlighting will work only when the language alias is explicitly specified. At the same time, PostgreSQL and plaintext were added (thanks to erogov for this , who modified HighlightJS, and the guys from Postgres ).
- Optimized the speed of the desktop Habr (partially accelerated, we will accelerate more).
Mobile version of Habr:
- Added folding and unfolding of comment branches. Have you tried it yet? How do you?
- Added comments to the profile that were added to the bookmarks.
- Added the ability to subscribe to the user.
Ways to read Habr not on Habré
- Brought a channel in Yandex-dzene. There is still something that is configured, but in general you can already subscribe .
The English version of Habr
is a mountain of works on setting up infrastructure, translations, fixing bugs and other related issues. Initially, the launch of the beta version was planned for the end of November, but not all managed to do and now the planned launch date is mid-December.
And yesterday we held a conference " Content», Within which we had a good talk on the topic of content. There were many authors and companies (many of which are represented by the authors). We hope that all the information will benefit all participants. Photos of reports and speakers are good, but not now - here you’d better have a few photos of black letters habr, on which anyone could draw something with a white marker for us:
You can ask a question to someone from the staff at once (mentioning the form @ nickname):
buxley - technical director of the company;
Soboleva - the main mine;
boomburum - head of the department tocombat work with users;
pas - system administrator;
illo - art director;
daleraliyorov - project manager;
karaboz - the main for "My Circle";
nomad_77 - the main for "Toaster";
salenda - main for "Freelance";
Good night everyone in advance!
