How to make LED lamps in Saransk
My yesterday’s review of Lisma's LED bulbs unexpectedly aroused great interest to me. There are already more than 16,000 views, in LiveJournal over 34,000 views. The review was dragged to yaplakal.com (over 74,500 views) and fishki.net (over 39,000 views).
As usual, some suggested that this was an advertisement (although in fact Lisma didn’t even send me samples, although she promised to send lamps with a return before the New Year). Others suggested that the light bulbs are made in China, but we only pack them. I found a video in which you can see how Lism's lamps are made.

I will show you this video and answer the questions that were asked most often yesterday.
Lisma has the only production of electric lamp glass in Russia.

Each LED strand has 26 blue LEDs coated with a common phosphor.

Due to the fact that these LEDs do not work at maximum power, they do not heat up very much and give very high efficiency up to 96 Lm / W.

Some have suggested that there is no driver in the lamps. In fact, a full-fledged driver is located in the lamp base, providing a very low ripple of light. A current stabilizer microcircuit, a transformer, capacitors, small strapping parts are installed on the board.

All lamps pass the output control.

Lisma lamps are without a doubt a Russian product, even though they use Chinese LED threads and a custom-made driver board in China.
As I learned, on January 25, 2016, Lisma opens her online store and the lamps can be ordered with delivery throughout Russia.
A very important question about quality and durability. At the Saransk city forum, the discussion of Lism lamps has been going on for a long time, because the residents of the city became the first buyers of these lamps: forum.saransk.ru/topic/206592-lisma-predstavliaet-svoiu-innovatcionnuiu-razra . Alas, many lamps, especially 8-watt ones, fail. Perhaps these are only lamps from the first lots. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years and the failed lamps are exchanged at the point of purchase. My 8-watt lamp has been on for three days now and I’ll probably add a 6-watt lamp to it.
Many commentators wrote that Lisma's lamps are very expensive, and it is better to buy the same on Aliexpress and in Chinese online stores. No, they are not the same there. Those who think that all light bulbs on LED threads are made from the same components are very mistaken. I tested several Chinese light bulbs on threads and there was only one normal one (http://lamptest.ru/review/a60e27-6pc2/). At the same time, it costs almost $ 8, which is much more expensive than a Lism lamp. The rest had huge pulsations of light, a low CRI, a mismatch in the luminous flux to the declared one, some of them hummed or squealed loudly. In addition, most likely the Chinese lamps in the flask have air, and not helium, like Lismovskie. Well, again, the complete lack of warranty.
Lism's lamps changed packaging. Now they are sold not in boxes like mine, but in blisters.

Watch the video. There is a lot of talk, but the whole production process is also visible.

This video I found in the VKontakte group dedicated to Lism LED lamps: vk.com/lismafilament .
If you still have questions, ask them in the comments.
ps I wrote this article, like the previous one, absolutely free of charge. I am sure it is very cool that in our country they are doing something good and we need to talk about it.
