Video: 4-year-old girl entrusted Volvo truck with remote control

Volvo car manufacturer made an ad in which he entrusted the truck to a four-year-old girl who is at a safe distance from the site. In two days, the video gained 1.2 million views. While driving a truck, Sofia turned over the truck and destroyed the building. No harm done.

Volvo uses the system to drive trucks in difficult conditions: it is an all-wheel drive with automatic control of the front axle connection for a Volvo FMX truck. The front drive axle is used only when necessary, which reduces fuel consumption and improves handling.

In the video, the company tried to show that a child can drive a truck with this system, and that a truck that has moved into a ditch and turned over several times can go on and destroy a one-story building.

In 2013, the company advertised the handling of its transport by shooting a video for Youtube in which Jean-Claude Van Damme sat on the splits between two reversing trucks. The video has gained over 81 million views in two years.
