PHP Frameworks Day 2016 - September 3 in Kiev will host a large-scale annual conference dedicated to PHP.
The list of speakers is being formed, but Marco “Ocramius” Pivetta , creator of the Phalcon Andres Gutierrez framework , Dmitry Naumenko from the core team Yii, and others have already been announced .
