March 2016 Results Report

In March, My Circle has a new record: 800 vacancies were posted in a month! At the same time, on average, about 8 specialists are still responding to each vacancy. We thank all the employers who trust our service, we will continue to try to meet your expectations, make every effort so that every vacancy finds the most suitable IT specialists!

As always, let's see how many job postings were in the most popular areas of activity. Take a look at the overall trend in average response over the past six months. And we will show the most popular vacancies in March by the number of responses.

• In March, 799 vacancies were posted on My Circle. Each received an average of 7.56 responses.
• As always, the easiest way to find a designer. There were almost 22 responses to one design vacancy.
• As in the last month, it was not very difficult to find a layout designer and manager. For each vacancy in these fields of activity there was an average of 11.5 responses.
• Like last month, it was more difficult to find a programmer, administrator, tester and application developer. For each vacancy in these areas of activity, an average of 6.4 responses was generated.

Next, let's look at the general trend in the average number of responses in the most popular areas of activity. Finally, we have accumulated statistics over the past six months and can make the first global generalizations.

• As you can see, the easiest way to look for designers on "My Circle". On average, 17-18 people respond to design jobs.
• Regular leaders in terms of the number of responses are vacancies of layout designers and managers. On average, 9-10 people respond to such vacancies.
• In third place are the vacancies of administrators. On average, 8 people respond to each vacancy in this field of activity.
• In fourth place are the vacancies of programmers and testers. On average, 6-7 people respond to such vacancies.
• And the most difficult job vacancies are job developers. Here, on average, 5-6 specialists respond to a vacancy
