Instructions for registration of LLC with one founder

Introduction

Hello everyone! I must say, the article is not advertising. I just want to share my experience!
I decided to organize my business - a regional Internet agency. Immediately the question arose about the formalization of their activities. After some deliberation and weighing all the pros and cons, it was decided to register the LLC.
But how to register it? To use the services of a company for registration of legal entities, or still do everything yourself?
The turnkey legal entity registration service in Chelyabinsk costs about 8-10 thousand rubles, plus the cost of paying the state duty. At the initial stage of the business, this is a significant expense, so I decided that I could handle it myself.

Starting to study information on the tax website ( nalog.ru- this is the official all-Russian portal), everything became clear: we fill out the forms, make a decision on creating an LLC, charter in 2 copies, make photocopies of the passport (just in case, they like photocopies of documents in state structures) we pay the state fee (4000 rubles) and give all in tax.
Simple enough at first glance, but the idea did not let go that if I am executed incorrectly, I will lose the paid state duty.
I started looking for samples to fill out and reading forums, and then I came across a document processing service for registering a legal entity - regberry.ru The
service turned out to be intuitive, and most importantly here you can prepare the entire package of documents for free.
And now directly about the design.

Instructions for registration LLC

1. Register on the site regberry.ru
2. We enter the site with your username and password, select LLC registration
3. We follow all the steps - fill out the forms. When filling out, be careful! Enter the data from the passport exactly as it is written in the passport (not Chelyabinsk, but the city of Chelyabinsk).
4. Download the finished package of documents - zip-archive. Also there will be attached instructions for further actions (everything would be fine, but the instructions are a bit inaccurate).
5. We print out all the documents and check again. As I wrote earlier, everything should be as in the passport (see paragraph 3).
6. As a result, we have the following documents ready: completed Form P11001 - 1 copy, Charter - 2 copy, Decision of the sole founder - 2 copy, Application for transfer to the simplified tax system. As for the transition to the simplified tax system, it is better to file an application immediately, so that you don’t forget about it later.
7. We flash both copies of the charter. How to do it - watch the video on Youtube.
8. If the “Decision of the sole founder” is on several sheets (one copy), then it must also be flashed.
9. We pay state duty. At the time of writing, 4000 rubles. I paid for it through Sberbank Online. If you pay as well - be sure to go to the Sberbank branch after that and put a stamp on the payment receipt.
10. Make a photocopy of the document on the property of the premises, or the lease agreement, or any other document confirming your belonging to the premises, which will be indicated as the legal address.
11. Do not sign any documents (except for painting on stitched documents) - upon delivery you will be told where and what to sign.
12. Just in case, make a photocopy of your passport - they love to ask for it in government agencies.
13. We are making an appointment at the tax office. This can be done on the aforementioned site nalog.ru
14. We arrive on the appointed day at the tax office and hand over the documents. You have the documents from points 6, 9, 10 with you. When you submit the documents, do not be shy and ask them to check the documents for errors (this helped me).
15. You have handed over the documents and received a receipt on their acceptance. You have also been assigned the date of receipt of the documents (usually after 5 business days).
16. On the appointed day we pick up the documents (you should have a passport and a receipt with you). You will be given: extract from the register (10 days from the date of issue); Certificate of registration; Certificate of registration. You just give the documents and that's it. Congratulations, you have an LLC!
17. In the near future you will receive a letter from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
18. Letter from Rosstat. It will be needed to draw up a current account. You can’t wait for him, it never came to me. A couple of working days after receiving the documents, call the local Rosstat office (see the phone number and address in 2GIS or on the official Rosstat website): they will explain to you where to find and download the necessary documents on the website of your office.
19. Make a current account. You will find the documents required for registration on the bank’s website, in which you decide to open an account.
20. Registered capital. At the time of writing, the minimum authorized capital is 10,000 rubles. You can deposit it only in cash (previously it was possible with property), within 4 months from the date of registration.
21. That's all - you are the director of your own company.
