New Autosave Plugin for Movable Type Released
Patrick Benny's new version of the AutoSave AutoSave plugin for Movable Type was released yesterday .
Previous versions of the MT AutoSave plugin worked only with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, while the new version added support for the Safari browser. This means that now you can use almost any browser that can be run under Windows, MacOS X and Linux.
The AutoSave plugin saves your typed blog text every n-seconds. Thus, an incomplete message will not completely disappear after disconnecting or crashing the server and you will have to add only a few words, although this depends on the autosave interval configured (initially it costs 5 minutes).
