The court satisfied almost all claims of Oracle to Google

Quietly passed the information that the court satisfied almost all of Oracle’s claims against Google.

Attempts by Google to defend their interests in court against Oracle were practically unsuccessful. The lawsuit concerned the use of Java technology in the Android mobile operating system.





According to Judge William Olsap’s decision, all appeals filed by Google in response to the lawsuit, except one, were rejected. The court decision allows Oracle to move on and demand Google to recover damages in court.
