The CERN ProtonMail team began collecting funds for additional servers
Like many users, I left an invite request after posting on Habré about how three employees of the European Laboratory for Nuclear Research (CERN) developed a mail service that claims to become one of the most secure in the world.
And today I received a letter from them - but not with an invitation, but with a request to support the project with money. The demand for secure mail from Switzerland is so great that the team needs more server capacity. The amount they collect is relatively small - only $ 100,000, and already 40% successfully collected.

The letter promises that if the campaign is successful, ProtonMail for all will work by the end of July. In addition to encryption technologies, Swiss law will also protect the user's privacy.
