And another powerful and compact PC

Yesterday Habré was published a small survey of miniature and sufficient PC performance by Gigagbyte. Everything is fine in this computer, but it is positioned as a model for assembly. That is, after buying the base, you need to buy more RAM, as well as a hard drive or SSD, plus install your OS.
An alternative to this PC can be CyberPowerPC, from the Fang Mini PC series. There is no need to collect anything, everything goes “out of the box”.
So, the device comes with a 1 terabyte hard drive, plus 8 GB of RAM (up to 16 GB of RAM is supported). In addition, the operating system, Windows 8.1, is also installed (for some customers this may be a drawback, for some it may be an advantage).
Case size 11.43x10.92x5.84 centimeters.
The model is offered in two versions, of different price categories.
The first is based on a platform from AMD. This is a quad-core AMD A8-5557M processor and Radeon R9 M275X graphics. The cost of this configuration is $ 799.
The second is based on a platform from Intel. Installed quad-core Core i7-4770R processor and Intel Iris Pro 5200 graphics. Price - $ 889.

In addition to the graphics and the chip, everything else in the two configurations is the same. This is a wireless module 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac W-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, four USB ports, Ethernet, HDMI and Mini DisplayPort. There is an mSATA port, so you can connect an SSD. Of course, there is a 3.5 mm jack for audio.
As for the PC from Gigagbyte, its top version costs about $ 500. And if you buy more RAM, put 1 TB hard drive or more or less capacious and fast SSD, plus buy a license for Windows, you get about the same price as CyberPowerPC. But here we still need body movements to search and purchase the necessary nodes, which for some users is a minus.

Well, everything works right away for CyberPowerPC, “got on and off,” which may become one of the competitive advantages of this model.
