Privilege on an arithmetic machine granted to honorary citizen Zelik Slonimsky on November 24, 1845 for 10 years

As an experiment, I spread the scan of the first, as far as I know, Russian privilege on a counting machine ( Journal of Manufactures and Trade, 1845, No. 10-12 ).
Zelik Slonimsky and his arithmetic machine are well known to computer historians, a description of the device is contained in special literature, but the privilege itself was not published on the Web - at least I could not find it.
If the post receives approval, the publication of Russian privileges on computing devices will continue, otherwise they will be stopped.
