Terminals - RDP client with connection manager and tabs

I work as a system administrator in one outsourcing company. It just so happened that in my work I use mainly three programs. Radmin, Secure CRT, and Terminals. But it was not always so.
Initially, I used radmin and did not know grief, but, at some point, I was tired of typing passwords, first to connect, and then to login. And I started using the built-in windows client - mstsc. The tool, of course, is unpretentious, and does not distinguish between each other if one of them has a non-standard connection port and the second is not specified at all. At the same time, I felt very warm feelings for Secure CRT, it really pains me when the connections are separated by tabs, and I was incredibly surprised to meet a free RDP client with the connection manager and tabs.

Here's what the tabs look like:

And here's a list of connections with groups:

Then it was version 2.0 (stable), and all the connections were stored in an xml file, which at one point popped up and all my connections were lost. But my love knew no bounds, I climbed to the application website, and he, by the way, Hereand I saw that the developers posted a beta version of 3.0 and encourage people to test it. And most importantly - the ability to store connections in the MS SQL database has appeared. Since my system partition is backed up using acronis, and it (according to rumors) has ceased to stumble on mdf files, starting version 11 (in my opinion), I was quite happy with storing connections in the database. This was followed by a bug report, expectations of new versions, and now, literally today, all those bugs that did not allow me, with a clear conscience, to recommend this application, were fixed. If suddenly, and I really hope so, readers will be interested in this application - I am ready to help, with all I can. Yes, and the developers respond to the mail, have a very lively conversation in the topics and discussions sections.

I will describe some features that I liked:
  1. Creation of groups. For example, the group "LLC" Horn ", and in this group all the servers of this company.
  2. The task is “default user” and “default password”. Both globally and for a single group. The function allows you to use the “default” entries without entering a username and password when creating each connection.
  3. Ability to copy connections. It is now hidden in the “Organize favorites” section, which is not logical enough, but quite functional.
  4. You can create login / password / domain entries, and subsequently use these bundles in the connection properties.
  5. The ability to use master password to run the program, because passwords are encrypted without this option.

Judging by the options, the program can work with Proxy, store backup connections in Amazon S3, but I have no way to verify this.

Of course, the program also has flaws, but do not forget 3.0 is still beta. Yes, and I, the person is picky enough, and it’s not easy for me to please, but it happened the same.

In fact, this is not only an RDP client, but I am familiar with this program exclusively in RDP issues.

PS I want to say to those who are going to try the application.
The following know-how will be useful to you:
1 - I used SQL Express r2 with Management Tools Took here
2 - The database is created using the script "Terminals_CreateDatabase_v3.0.sql" Took here
3 - Starting with the version of the application “Terminals.Release.3.0.1.180”, you need to update the database using “UpdateCredentialBase.sql”. I took it here

PS I am not a developer, I just want to share a program that I really liked.
