Increased battery for Galaxy Note 2: 6.5Ah or two days of battery life

In short: it works, provides two days of complete autonomy with constant use of the phone, costs $ 15.
Battery and cover
Here is the battery in comparison with the stock:
It is twice as thick as it:

Naturally, he needs a special cover with a protrusion:

With which the phone becomes like such a big brick:

By the way, because of the thickness it became much more convenient for me to hold it with one hand - the phone stopped to slip out.
The phone became heavier, by the way, not very significantly:

Weighed 182g, and became 214 - only 32 grams.
But in the pocket of tight jeans it became harder to stuff it.

The cover is made of high quality, fits into place without gaps and distortions, although it is in the area of the camera, it protrudes a little more than the standard.
Here is the original:

And here is the Chinese cover:

Neither the camera nor the backlight does not interfere. I will not clog the post with photographs, you can see them here .
Tests
We used the clean last nightly build of CyanogenMod, with Wi-Fi turned on, but without a SIM card. The program is AnTuTu Tester from the market. Standard battery:

Test time - 105 minutes, or 1 hour, 45 minutes. In normal mode, I did not have enough battery for one day - fully charged in the morning (10-11 am), it sat completely at 6-7 pm, just when I wanted to read a book.
Extended battery:

Test time - 157 minutes, or 2 hours, 37 minutes. One and a half times more. This affected the battery life much more seriously - charged in the morning, it works all the next day, lies night, and works the second day until about 10-11-12 pm, when it starts asking for charging (10%). Such a short time follows from my mode of using phones - very often and actively.
Knowing the Chinese, I’m not sure what exactly 6.5 Ah is there, they probably exaggerated a little. You can even calculate how much - 3100 * (157/105) = 4635mAh.
But the fact remains - the battery life has increased. It charges true, longer. Even with a current of 2100mA, it takes at least 3-4 hours to fully charge.
Cost
It costs an order of magnitude less than a similar solution from MugenPower (I will not reveal the intrigue, go to that topic, look). Although I would also have cautioned against buying excessively cheap batteries, a $ 9.80-bought battery for the first time simply refused to work. After the claim, the money was returned, but I had to wait another month :) If you do not have an account on Habrahabr, you can read and comment on our articles on BoxOverview.com
