Ukrainian site of the administrative services portal in the style of Windows 8
Apparently, the designer of the Ukrainian Unified State Administrative Services Portal is such a big fan of Windows 8 that he drew a public service site in the visual style of a new system called Windows UI, but better known as Metro.
Of course, on the one hand, there is nothing illegal in using the creative potential of the team that created the site - judging by copyright, this is the “State Research Institute for Informatization and Modeling of Economics”. On the other hand, one cannot but admit that the design of such sites is almost always designed in a strict style, and thus, the product of Ukrainian developers looks, at least, extremely unusual. Nevertheless, the visual simplicity of such a site with bright blocks immediately catches the eye and really, according to the subjective feeling, serves the site only for the benefit.
Technically, there is nothing outstanding on the site, everything is standard - forms of citizens' appeals, RSS, buttons of social networks; several "tiles" do not work. Also for “tiles” horizontal mouse scrolling does not work - you have to use the scroll buttons, which can hardly be considered a good solution.
Also curious is the question - how legitimate is this decision in principle, when the site design firmly points to the interface of the proprietary operating system?
