More recently, I discovered a new interesting and extremely useful collaboration service for the Russian project RealtimeBoard - endless virtual boards on which you can work with any visual content (attach pictures, draw diagrams and graphs, create collages, etc.) individually or with a team.
At this stage, the service is in open beta testing, but this does not interfere with working with it now and solving a wide range of problems.
What tasks can be solved using RealTimeBoard?
1) In RealTimeBoard it is very convenient to visualize information using both template images, and from the Internet or from my own collection.
2) RealTimeBoard is great for collaboration. The system of comments - mini-chats allows you to leave notes near any element. So it’s very convenient to discuss advertising modules, interfaces, posters with the team, customers and partners.
3) Thanks to integration with Google Drive, you can conveniently and visually work with documents, edit them and turn pages.
4) The service also has a set of templates, among which there are boards for Agile management and an Osterwalder business model template. AutoShapes library and virtual stickers help you work with whiteboards.
5) The results can be saved as a picture or a PDF file. The function of saving the board in the form of a presentation is also implemented.
The RealtimeBoard team is not going to stop there - the development of visual thinking tools is planned for the future.
