Disability labeling for people with disabilities
Yesterday we released a non-profit, but very important service for us - job labeling for people with disabilities. This small feature on hh.ru, we hope, will help to find qualified work faster for those who are a little more difficult to do than most of us.

When an employer places a vacancy, he can mark it as accessible to people with disabilities. Such a mark will mean that the employer is ready to consider all applicants on an equal footing, based only on their professional qualities.

Job seekers see a checkmark next to the “apply for a job” button.

If desired, vacancies without such markings can be excluded from the search results so that only suitable ones are displayed. This is done in the advanced search .

When responding to a vacancy, a jobseeker with a disability must independently assess how the requirements for a vacancy are comparable to his individual characteristics. If there are no obvious obstacles, then the employer's doors are open and you can safely send your resume.
For several weeks of testing the service, more than 400 vacancies received a mark , so even now there is plenty to choose from. In the IT sector, for example, there are already 89 of them. As soon as the weekly newsletter for employers sent yesterday reaches the recipients, it will be possible to draw the first conclusions about the willingness of companies to overcome stereotypes with us.
The partner in the launch of the service was the Dozhd TV channel. The guys have been around for quite some time now the project “Everyone is Different. All equal "in which they do a lot of important things, in particular, help people with disabilities find a good job by shooting small clips about successful stories . Now we will collect such stories with Rain together, since the launch of the labeling, we hope they will be hundreds of times larger. If you have something to tell, write to us at story@hh.ru .
