Open lesson "Writing our library to work with xlsx files"

Hello again! A small open lesson in the course “Web-developer in Python” , in which the teacher of the course Ilya Lebedev described how the xlsx format works, how to work with it without specialized libraries, like openpyxl and how to develop your own library to work with this format with the right set functions.
