    Research Methodology

Collect salary information from Job portals. We collect salary data indicated in the vacancies and resumes and put them in our directory of posts in accordance with the name of the vacancy / resume. If the title of the vacancy / resume is too general or inaccurate (for example: “System Administrator”), then having studied the description of the vacancy / resume, we select it for a specific position on the basis of expert evaluation.
In this post we use only data obtained from vacancies .

We invite IT companies to participate in our study.

In addition to researching the salary data indicated on Job portals, in St. Petersburg and Moscow we conduct a company survey once a year . This is a large study, in which we study not only real wages in the labor market, but the components of the social package, various types of compensations, staff turnover, costs, providers and much more.

We invite IT companies in Moscow and St. Petersburg to join our research! The preliminary start date for the “company survey” is November 03, 2012. For questions about participating in this study, please contact me (Denis Kalanov) More in the presentation .
