Competition from IBM for the best implementation of 1C on IBM DB2 DBMS

Dear Habrausers!

If you are a 1C partner with projects implemented at IBM DB2 in the segment of small and medium-sized businesses, we invite you to participate in the competition for the best implementation of 1C on the IBM DB2 relational database management system.

To participate in the competition, send an application to the address: a_ovchinnikova@ru.ibm.com with the subject “1C Competition on IBM DB2 Database Management Systems” until October 31. In the body of the letter, please indicate the name of the company and contact person.
In the bidder’s application for the Best implementation of 1C for DB2 for SMB, write the answers to the following questions:

1. What benefits did the customer receive after implementing the solution?
2. What has become possible thanks to the implementation of the project?
3. Has the customer received additional business development opportunities? What specific business processes within the company have benefited from / have been improved?
4. Have fundamentally new business decisions been made / steps taken to increase the efficiency of business processes and business transformation after implementation? What positive business results did the customer receive as a result of new business decisions / after business transformation as a result of implementation?

The application should also indicate key performance indicators and their dynamics in the period before and after implementation. The advantage is an indication of the economic effect of the implementation.

Projects at any stage of implementation can participate in the competition. A description of the completed project can be provided in free form.

Winners will be announced in mid-November 2012.

For the first three places, a plan for joint promotion of the solution will be prepared and implemented.
