Dropdown menu on Twitter Bootstrap Page Numbers Panel

Yesterday, I made layout for the panel with page numbers using Twitter Bootstrap and I needed to add a drop-down menu there (to select sorting options and the number of elements on the page).



Bootstrap does not contain standard styles for drop-down menus in the page number pane. I wrote my styles for drop-down menus, maybe they will be useful to someone.
