Ban someone else's account on Free-lance.ru

    It so happened historically that I had two accounts on Free-lance.ru. Once I started one myself, and the other started my hired employee. None of the accounts were ever used for their intended purpose, they simply were once opened long ago, partially filled and abandoned, I had already parted with the former employee for a long time, but access to both accounts remained.
    Today another letter comes from the service with the text:
    We invite you to visit Free-lance.ru again.
    We noticed that you have not visited Free-lance.ru for a long time. Meanwhile, the site publishes about 40,000 projects per month, and the average project cost is 20,000 rubles. Surely, many of these projects will be of interest to you.

    I must say that they come periodically and you can’t turn them off in any way (a game with a combination of flags in the account notification settings section did not bring the desired effect). Today I wanted to finally stop it. I saw two options:
    1. Change mail to nonexistent in nature (or someone else's) and forget.
    2. Honestly cut out accounts on the service.

    I decided to try to act honestly.
    After logging in, I knocked on an online consultant with a request to delete the account. The request was accepted normally, a notification was received by mail about the receipt of the application for removal. Without a second thought, I continue the dialogue with the consultant and ask him, since this is the case, at the same time delete the second account and immediately write the login into the dialogue. I simply write the login in the body of the message without indicating any additional data about it. And then the fun begins! The consultant comes to life and then the following dialogue takes place:
    K: - Please specify, do you know that multiple registration is prohibited by the rules of the site?
    Me: - Of course, but what does it matter in this case? Will you refuse to delete the account?)
    Q: - We ask you to comment on your multiple registration, otherwise both accounts will be blocked and further communication will already be conducted directly with the manager.

    Then comes the lyrics, which do not contain any interesting things, but nevertheless both accounts are successfully blocked at this moment (I see how notifications appear in the incoming mail) with the wording:
    You are denied access to your account on the Free-lance.ru website due to incorrect behavior.
    Reason: Multiple account registration. Violation of paragraph 1.4. Site rules

    What do we have in the bottom line? But in fact we have the following picture: an anonym, through an online consultant, recognizes the support of the service in violation of the rules of multiple registration, names account logins (public information), the accounts immediately get banned, and then account owners will probably have to prove that they are not reindeer .

    Update: By the time this post was updated, the administration of Free-lance.ru nevertheless took up its head - it recognized errors, and my accounts were finally deleted.
