Youtube user eeplox says he enjoys filming wildlife, usually in remote, uninhabited areas. Such is his hobby. He posts the captured videos on his Simple Living channel . Moreover, he doesn’t use any soundtracks on purpose, since he heard about various stories when even videos using free music are deleted from the Youtube site as a result of the absurd demands of the copyright holders.
But when the user uploaded his last video with bird trills to Youtube, he received an automatic message that his plot uses copyrighted materials owned by Rumblefish studio , and the corresponding caption and link to the website of Rumblefish studio will be placed in the video. Note that Rumblefish is a new generation studio that specializes in selling soundtracks for Youtube .
An outraged user challenged the request through a corresponding application to Rumblefish studio, but received the following response : “All content owners reviewed your video and confirmed the claims for the content, in part or in full.”
