    The first emotions, of course, were joyful. Although I lost almost 15 thousand rubles. on the shipment of goods and services eBayToday, but at least something (as I thought) was able to return.

    However, when I tried to withdraw this compensation to WebMoney, I was faced with the fact that the system forbade me to withdraw money in any way, except to transfer it to the phone.

    To clarify the situation for the reader, I will tell you how I entered money into eBayToday a year ago. Then, on the eve of the new year, having collected the amount I needed for the purchase, I ran to ebay.com with all my might, where I monitored how the auction for the Macbook Pro (which was stolen somewhere in the mail as a result) was progressing - until the end of the auction hours, and eBayToday (to my great surprise) did not work directly with Visa. There was little time left, and I decided to replenish the balance in the eBayToday system through the phone. Transferring the entire amount to my phone, I sent an SMS for payment. Here one more surprise awaited me - from one number I could enter only 15 thousand rubles, therefore I had to ask good friends to use their phones to enter the entire amount in portions. The money was successfully credited, and I paid for the eBayToday services,

    However, let's get back to today. After an unsuccessful attempt to withdraw my compensation via WebMoney, I wrote to the eBayToday support and received the following answer:

    You yourself selected replenishment via mobile operators, this method has its own characteristics, which are regulated primarily by the operator itself.
    We will send the management a request about the possibility of withdrawing funds for you, as an exception, to another system, it will be considered.
    However, the features of the withdrawal of funds are in no way connected with your claims, which you have repeatedly, not only at habrahabr.ru, but at our club, VKontakte, etc. You have made unreasonable charges against the company, transferring us responsibility for the poor provision of services by mail, theft of goods, as well as the fact that we refused to conduct proceedings for you and a whole series of claims. Once again, we kindly ask you to indicate within 48 hours in these topics the unreasonableness of your claims, the conduct of the proceedings and the outcome of its completion. The money credited to my eBayToday account has been received from an insurance company. As for the money received for reimbursing an insured event, this silly restriction, created artificially, can be applied to make it difficult to withdraw funds from eBayToday and reduce the outflow of customers.
    I wrote about my indignation in eBayToday support, but they agree to deal with the problem only after I abandon my “unfounded” claims against them.

    Your topics on the agreed resources spoil the company's reputation, and without reason.
