Samsung hired the founder of CyanogenMod

Samsung has hired the founder and lead developer of CyanogenMod, Steve Condick, commonly known as Cyanogen.
This was announced by Steve himself on Facebook, indicating “Samsung Mobile” as his new place of work. In the comments on his wall, he wrote that he would continue to work on CyanogenMod, but this project would not be in any way connected with Samsung.
CyanogenMod is one of the most popular firmware among owners of Android devices. Samsung is known for its good attitude to the CM development team - for example, in June the company sent Galaxy S II smartphones to them for free.
