Flags of 254 countries in one sprite

Once, nickivanov drew thumbnails for a bunch of different flags and put them in free access. And recently, artpolikarpov collected them into one sprite and wrote a convenient css to it, which makes it easy to display any flag simply by specifying the desired class.

It is possible that one day this kit will save someone a lot of time when working on the site.
