Beeline will open its electronic wallet

VimpelCom (Beeline network operator) creates ru.ru electronic payment system . The operator intends to supplant such major players in the e-commerce market as Yandex.Money and WebMoney. The tool is aimed primarily at micropayments, a mobile account should completely replace operations with small cash. A payment system will be created in partnership with Alfa Bank. The account can be linked to a bank card. A distinctive feature of the new “wallet” from similar projects of competitors-operators will be the absence of a commission for most services.
