Synchronization of tasks and calendar with MS Outlook

I ask the help of experienced users of smartphones with Android.
I use the GTD system (about six months ago I wrote about it on the hub). As the software I use MS Outlook on the desktop and the Tasks application on HTC Snap (WM 6.5).
After looking at the new communicators with Android, I wanted to switch to it. But so far I can’t find an alternative to the Tasks application.
Please, experts, tell me, is there an application for Android that can fully synchronize with MS Outlook?
